μοναχου Γενναδίου προφητεία για την Κρήτη-TRANSLATION

The Greco-Turkish War. Monk Gennadius, like many ascetics of the Church, was both a spiritual person and a Christ-bearer, and through this divine grace, he prophesied, saw visions, and made predictions against the backdrop of humanity’s great apostasy from God. He taught that at the end of the world, at the Second Coming of the Lord, the Lord would first allow a world war because the world had not repented. This war would be the last, because the destruction would be complete. A small country would be the cause of the world war, and it might be Cyprus. When the fall happens, people, as if in water, will now drown in blood. In Constantinople, there will be a great massacre, and the sea will turn red with the blood of the slain. A three-year-old calf will float in blood, as the Holy Scriptures say about the cause of destruction in prophecy. This points to the great slaughter, bloodshed, and destruction that must happen. The sky will be filled with planes that will drop fiery bombs on people. People will be afraid and cry out: “My Virgin Mary, my Virgin!” Let them scream, let them cry as much as they want, but no one will help them because they did not repent for so long. Constantinople will again be taken by the Greeks, but it will be dark. We, the Greeks, will suffer for our sins. Before the war begins, a great cross of Christ will appear in the sky over Constantinople. The Turks will attack us, cross the Evros River, and bring all sorts of destruction, advancing six miles. Then the Turks will retreat, and Asia Minor, which was once Greek territory, will suffer great calamities, and they will be driven to the Red Mile, somewhere in Mecca, the capital of Arabia. From the war, one-third of the Turkish population will be destroyed. They will be driven to the Red Mile, and the remaining third will be baptized and become Christians. Those who are baptized will descend from Christian blood, that is, from Greeks who could not return to Greece after the disaster in Asia Minor in 1922 and remained alive in Turkey. Today, there are still many crypto-Christians there, but the time will come when they will be revealed. After these events, great Russia and America will compete for who will seize Constantinople due to its strategic location, and this will become dangerous. There will be another military conflict between them, but may such a war not occur, and neither side will seize it. It will be from God, so that it may be handed over to the Greeks, to whom the Greek state belongs. It will bear great tribulations. Our Greeks will fight among themselves, and a civil war will likely begin.

Prophecy about Crete. And here, on Crete, the Turks will come. They say that Crete is their homeland. They will land in the village of Chondros, near the good ports of Heraklion. The Turks will make their way through, and in the places they pass, they will carry out general massacres and destruction in the province of Marabel Litiou. There will be a great slaughter and destruction, and the moans and cries of the people will be heard from Mount Buffalo in Lampini Rethymno. At the end of this ordeal, the Turks will be defeated and completely destroyed. They will retreat and even be pursued by women with rockets and rags. Of course, there will be a Greek army on Crete, but it will not be noticed, and at the moment of their landing, a fog will descend, so they will land without interference and punish us for our sins. Crete will drown not from bombs but from our sins. Nothing will remain of it except a small part, as a reminder that Crete was once here. Millions of dollars are being allocated by foreigners to distance the Greeks from their Orthodox faith and history, but if they abandon their faith, it will mean their destruction, just as the Cypriots suffered in 1974 from the Turks who occupied half of Cyprus. We, the Greeks, will suffer the same if we do not return to God. The Turks are ready; they are sharpening their knives, but the time has not yet come. God does not allow it. God patiently waits for our repentance.
