Orthodox prophecies that seem to be coming true soon

The development of world events as mentioned in the prophetic texts is truly dramatic. It shakes the human conscience so much that it is difficult for him to comprehend them. A simple study of these events undoubtedly disturbs every decent person and places him in a dilemma: whether to accept the prophetic texts as inspired and true or to reject them as fiction, as the dreams of generations, written in different, perhaps even difficult periods. I suggest that in this matter of faith in prophecies, you follow the advice of the fathers: if you find them difficult to believe, do not reject them until they are fulfilled. If they are true, and today's events probably lead to them, then when Turkey becomes strong enough, the superpower in the East will attack Greece and seize one or two islands for a very short time.

Saint Paisios tells us about the six miles of continental shelf: Greece will retreat, the "white race" will collapse, that is, Russia will seize the opportunity and seize Constantinople and the Dardanelles. Turkish resistance will be crushed, and the Russian army will begin to seize Turkish territories one by one, and in Constantinople, governors will be appointed who will take over the administration of the occupied Turkish lands. When the Russian army invades Turkey, the Turkish army will cease its presence on Greek territory, retreat and return to its homeland to defend it from the Russians and their allies.

The Western Allied powers, having recovered from the surprise, shock and anger at the Russian invasion of Turkey, will rush to lay claim to important strategic points in Turkey, but will ask for negotiations with the Eastern coalition, and Russia and its allies will continue their triumphant march through Turkish lands. A period of 5-6 months will pass, during which the Western Allied forces will complete their military preparations for the counter-attack. Four expeditionary forces will be sent to Turkey at four different strategic points: Ephesus, Pergamum, Melaya and Bithynia. In addition, they will land from Andriakos on the northern continent or somewhere in Albania. But, as the saint says, they will not have time: the war in Constantinople will already be over.

Other Allied forces will descend from the north of Constantinople and attack this city. A total of 18 nations will clash in Constantinople, and a terrible war will break out, the likes of which the world has never seen. This war will take place on land, in the air and at sea. The fury of this war, its cruelty will be unique in history. All the prophecies, from the prophecy of Saint Methodius of Patara in 3111 BC to Saint Cosmas of Aetolia in 1779, emphasize this. For three days and three nights this war will fill the earth with corpses of soldiers, which will form mountains that will hinder the advance of the warring armies. Their chariots will stop because they will not be able to move further due to the mountains of corpses, lakes of blood and groans of soldiers. We, brothers, should not participate in this terrible war. All sinners will be killed, according to the prophecy of Saint Methodius.

According to the prophecy, God will hear the prayers of the faithful and will send an angel in the form of a man to help the righteous and pious John to fulfill God's decisions and decrees for the salvation of the world in Christ. Righteous John will be appointed by God as the king of the whole world, and this will happen miraculously, as described in the prophecies of Saint Leo the Wise and Saint Methodius.

This holy king, as Saint Tarasius calls him, will immediately begin active actions to pacify the world and strengthen Christianity. For three years he will be engaged in this holy work of salvation, having two angels in the form of people as assistants. The Holy King will visit all nations, preaching the Gospel of Christ, the truths of the Orthodox faith, holding the cross and the Gospel in his hands, and with great power and strength will fulfill the will of God. Those nations that do not accept this preaching of repentance and salvation will be destroyed, and their disobedient armies will be routed. This will be the last battle for the faith, after which the world will find peace, and Christianity will be restored in all its glory.

All of Europe will return to one church, one faith and one shepherd. As for Asia, there will also be significant changes there, and many Muslim and pagan nations will be converted to the true faith, although this process may be slow due to the huge population of these countries.
